By purchasing and using our products, In order to insure safety and legal adherence, The user must agree to the following:

MicroFlight Inc / 107RID.com does not offer legal advice on the use of the products.
Use of remote ID is mandatory in some UAS (unmanned aerial system) operations, while not in others. It is the Users responsibility to know if the product is needed in his usage. Most rules of usage fall under Part 107. If you need to learn about RID requirements, start with the FAA site before making your purchase. https://www.faa.gov/uas/commercial_operators.
Purchaser agrees to use any & all 107RID products in legal manner as legally required, and to know how to integrate the products to meet legal requirements when required. Most products on this site require some level of integration by an experienced UAV builder.
MicroFlight Inc can in no way ever assume liability higher than the cost of the products purchased.

Return and Refund Policy

Returns may be made on new, in unopened package, unused items within 30 days for exchange only.
Defective items will be exchanged for replacement. Damaged Items from improper use are not returnable.
Return shipping tracking number is required for returns.
Return Shipping expenses are the responsibility of the consumer.
Once received, a store credit will be issued.
